E-meters are designed to register active and reactive electric energy in single-phase AC circuits, and capable of operating both as stand-alone and in the structure of automated data collection systems.


Functionalities:

  • Measurement, registration, storage, output to LCD and transfer via interfaces of data on registered active and reactive electric energy as follows:
    • Energy with accrued total under each tariff ;
    • Energy with accrued total by sum of tariffs ;
    • Energy at the beginning of each of 12 last months under each tariff ;
    • Energy at the beginning of each of 12 last months by sum of tariffs;

  • Availability of the built-in tariff-rater with characteristics as follows:
    • Number of tariffs - 4;
    • Number of tariff zones within a day - 8;
    • Number of day types - 8 ;
    • Number of seasons в - 12;

  • Measurement, output to LCD and transfer via interfaces of power line parameters as follows: :
    • Instantaneous values of active and reactive power and fixed maximums;
    • Effective values of phase current and voltage and their maximums ;
    • Power line frequency

  • Setting active power and energy limits and load shedding at overlimit or by operator's command. Control is performed in two ways:
    • Abuse signal delivery to the meter pulse output ;
    • Direct management of electric energy supply through the built-in relay (for meters with index «О» in reference designation)).

  • Measurement and storage of half-hour power cuts of active energy (power profile). Archive storage depth before overwriting makes 31 days.

  • Availability of Event log (circular by 64 records for each event) which fixes data as follows:
    • The meter On/Off time
    • The meter opening / closing time
    • Time, date and a parametrization code.

  • Current sensor is a shunt (insensible magnetic field exposure registering constant component) in phase circuit;

Meters display in LCD information as follows:
  • Number of the current tariff
  • Energy consumption value for each kind from the operation beginning under each tariff and by all tariffs sum
  • Current value of active power in load in kW or kVar
  • Current values of current and voltage
  • Energy consumption value from the operation beginning on the first day of each of the last 12 months under each tariff and by all tariffs sum
  • Time of tariff zones switching
  • Current time and date
  • Operating time from start-up
  • Battery operating time

Energy meter with PLС-modem in basic mode transmits uninterruptedly on power line the following data on consumed energy with increasing total without tenth parts kW*h:
  • Total from the moment of indication reset on tariffs sum provided that energy meter is programmed into one-tariff mode;
  • Total from the moment of indication reset on current tariff provided that energy meter is programmed into multi-tariff mode;

Energy meters provide programming and reading by external computer through optikal interface or RS485(CAN) of the following values:
